• tracking variances against budgets
• supporting cost accounting activities for production and overhead
• ensure accurate cost allocation
• identify cost-saving opportunities
• maintain effective cost management procedures
• assist in budgeting and forecasting
• contribute to internal controls
• prepare regular financial analyses to support management decisions

• Strong cost control and cost management skills, with experience implementing and monitoring cost-related processes.
• Proficiency in cost accounting and finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present clear recommendations.
• Comfort with financial and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and strong numerical accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, collaborate across departments, and communicate clearly in written and spoken formats.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive workplace practices.
