As Auto Finance Manager – Czech Republic & Slovakia, you will play a key role in developing and implementing BYD’s automotive finance and leasing solutions across both markets. Working closely with banks, leasing companies, dealer partners, and internal stakeholders, you will help create competitive financing propositions that support vehicle sales, dealer network development, and an excellent customer experience.
This role combines retail and business finance, captive leasing initiatives, wholesale and dealer financing, and commercial business partnering. You will coordinate the development and rollout of financing products, manage external financial partnerships, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure that local solutions comply with applicable regulations and BYD Group policies.
The position is ideally suited to an experienced automotive finance professional who combines strong financial and analytical capabilities with a commercial mindset and enjoys building new solutions in a fast-growing international environment.
