• Manage external KYB requests and banking documentation with internal departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Draft compliance questionnaires
• Support bank account opening and administration of bank account access in line with internal procedures and external regulations
• Track deadlines for external KYB requests and support process improvements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations role and a clear understanding of KYB documentation requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite applications
• Outstanding interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
