• Sign contracts, agreements, and official documents on behalf of Qordata Kazakhstan
• Oversee corporate regulations and documentation packages aligned with ISO standards, including policies, procedures, instructions, and checklists
• Support student and university engagement programs and develop KPIs for local employees
• Ensure compliance with client contract requirements, including Kazakhstan Content (KC), HSE, IT Security, and Anti-Corruption/Compliance
• Coordinate with clients on operational matters, respond to requests and complaints, and address audit requirements
• Represent Qordata Kazakhstan in client meetings, in person and virtually, and ensure prompt resolution of issues
• Prepare for and participate in client audits
• Manage local financial operations, including payroll, expense tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate loan agreements and fund transfers, and maintain compliance with local banking regulations
• Oversee statutory filings, local tax obligations, and compliance with Kazakhstan labor code requirements
• Work with Qordata HQ finance on reconciliations, reporting, and timely disbursements
• Support the potential sale or divestiture of Qordata KZ by providing financials and company documents and attending meetings
