• Collect outstanding items due on assigned accounts
• Contact customers and businesses about overdue accounts, identify reasons for non-payment, and analyze overdue receivables
• Respond to client-reported issues, escalate problems to appropriate departments, and monitor their resolution
• Prepare financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Respond to customer and business inquiries and take appropriate action
• Maintain accurate collection system records and report on collection activity, upcoming payments, and accounts receivable status
• Process customer payments and reconcile them with accounts receivable balances
• Prepare and record provisions
• Maintain vendor forms
• Prepare, verify, and control monthly and quarterly reports, including accounting records sanity checks and internal checks
• Analyze customer credit using financial documentation, payment history, account balances, and external data
• Achieve monthly cash collection goals
• Assist with annual and interim audit requests
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines

• Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• English proficiency at B2+ level, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of order-to-cash procedures and collection techniques, such as skip tracing
• Readiness to work shifted hours: 12 PM–9 PM (UTC+6) / 11 AM–8 PM (UTC+5)
