• Process and maintain primary accounting documents, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
• Maintain accounting records for fixed assets, intangible assets, materials, business travel, and representation expenses
• Prepare statistical and payroll-related reports for relevant social protection funds and authorities
• Assist in preparing financial and statutory reports
• Support the month-end closing process and ensure accounting records are complete and accurate
• Assist with reconciliations and other activities required to maintain accurate accounting records
• Support the Chief Accountant throughout the accounting process
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify accounting documents and information
• Help resolve documentation discrepancies and support day-to-day accounting activities

• 2–3 Years of relevant accounting experience
• A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and experience across different areas of accounting
• Familiarity with HR administration and personnel record-keeping
• Proficiency in 1C:8 (Human), Excel, and Word
• English proficiency sufficient for professional communication
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data and documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• At least 3 days a week in the office
