Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.



Senior Accountant

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Accountant located in Kendal.

What a typical day looks like:

- Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.

- Ensure accurate accounting and reporting in compliance with UK and US GAAP requirements.

- Manage intercompany transactions, account reconciliations, and related payments across multiple entities.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and communicate financial results to management.

- Oversee fixed asset accounting, inventory valuation, and coordinate annual stock take activities.

- Generate and analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance processes and controls.

- Support tax compliance activities and ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations.

- Contribute to key finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and process improvement projects.
