Technical support specialist for bank branches

Acba Bank is looking for a Regional Technical Support Specialist. The work involves providing technical maintenance and support to all Acba Bank branches in the Ararat region.

• Install new workstations and related devices, and continuously monitor existing computer equipment.
• Install and maintain queue systems, ensuring their uninterrupted operation and functioning.
• Perform periodic maintenance of branch server rooms and uninterruptible power supply devices.
• Carry out implementation and installation work on the Bank’s structured cabling and security systems.
• Track and arrange the transfer of computer equipment to the Technical Support Department or Service Center for maintenance or repair.
• Monitor minimum requirements and service life of computer equipment, and, if necessary, upgrade the equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Install general and application software, and ensure uniformity of software and operating systems at the branch in accordance with established requirements.
• Install and maintain the software for queue management systems and information displays, ensuring their uninterrupted operation and functioning.
• Install the relevant software for ATMs and cash acceptance terminals, and provide technical maintenance.
• Calculate the quantity of required network materials according to established KPIs.
• Ensure the uninterrupted operation of network nodes and provide weekly information about issues that have arisen.
• Ensure computer equipment is connected to the structured cabling system while maintaining the required appearance.
• Submit a monthly report to the Regional Technical Support Team Lead on the condition of computer equipment in operation in the region and on issues that have arisen.

• Higher education.
• Digital skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer equipment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office software.
• Basic knowledge of the Bank’s and other standard software.
