задачи
- Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID;
- Automate recurring admin work using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph;
- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant consolidations, and tenant decommissioning projects;
- Act as 3rd-level technical escalation point for the User Services team;
- Drive post-M&A cleanup of distribution lists, shared mailboxes, SharePoint sites, Teams, and access objects;
- Turn recurring support patterns into automation, documentation, and lasting platform improvements.
требования
- 5+ Years of hands-on Microsoft 365 / systems engineering experience in complex enterprise environments;
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID;
- Strong PowerShell skills for automation;
- Hybrid environment experience with Active Directory and Entra Connect;
- Experience with M&A, carve-out, or post-merger integration projects;
- Experience with tenant migrations, consolidations, and decommissioning;
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: German.
