• Administer and maintain Linux servers, including patching, backups, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting;
• Administer Windows Server and Windows desktop environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management;
• Manage user accounts and access rights, including onboarding, offboarding, role-based access control, and periodic access reviews;
• Configure, monitor, and maintain VPN and remote access solutions;
• Configure and maintain Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, VPN tunnels, and threat monitoring;
• Configure and maintain MikroTik routers and switches, including routing, VLANs, and network troubleshooting;
• Manage and maintain Proxmox Virtual Environment infrastructure, including VMs, containers, storage, backups, and cluster health;
• Provide day-to-day IT operations support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues;
• Maintain system and network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures;
• Monitor system and network health and proactively resolve potential issues before downtime occurs;
• Implement and enforce IT security best practices, including patch management, backup integrity, and incident response;
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and connectivity needs.

• 2–4 Years of experience in a hands-on IT infrastructure or systems administration role;
• Working knowledge of Linux system administration, including command line, services, basic scripting, and security hardening;
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Windows desktop administration, including Active Directory;
• Experience with user and access management and identity and access control best practices;
• Experience configuring and maintaining VPNs and remote access solutions;
• Practical experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls;
• Practical experience with MikroTik RouterOS devices;
• Experience managing virtualized environments with Proxmox VE, including VMs, containers, storage, and backups;
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching;
• Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset for supporting non-technical staff;
• English at B2–C1 level;
• Nice to have: CompTIA Linux+, Network+, or Security+, MTCNA/MTCRE, Fortinet NSE, or Microsoft certifications, Bash or PowerShell scripting and automation, backup and disaster recovery solutions, experience supporting a distributed or remote workforce.

• $1,000 USD/month Gross;
