• Monitor the health and availability of company systems and services;
• Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues;
• Handle Service Desk requests by logging, analyzing, and resolving tickets end-to-end;
• Manage user accounts and access to email, domains, and internal services;
• Administer the company's Atlassian Cloud stack, including Jira and Confluence projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules;
• Administer the company's server infrastructure and network equipment;
• Set up and configure workstations for new employees;
• Install and maintain standard software.

• Have 2+ years of experience as a system administrator or in a similar role;
• Have solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS administration;
• Understand TCP/IP networking, including local network configuration, routing, and VPN;
• Have experience administering Jira Cloud, including project configuration, workflows, permission schemes, and automation;
• Have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to find solutions independently;
• Nice to have: Atlassian admin experience with SSO/SCIM, monitoring systems such as Zabbix or Prometheus, Docker and CI/CD tools, Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Go scripting, SQL and MySQL knowledge.
