Credit Sense empowers banks with AI and big data technology to help them underwrite credit applications more profitably, developing a market-proven cashflow underwriting SaaS platform that assesses customer credit risk using machine learning and AI.

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, cloud infrastructure, networks, domains, DNS, VPNs, SFTP, Active Directory, and Google Workspace;
• Manage user accounts, access rights, VPN certificates, system updates, backups, business applications, and disaster recovery processes;
• Monitor system availability, performance, security, and business continuity while managing office LANs and external IT vendors;
• Own IT service management processes, including SLA/SLO monitoring, service desk prioritization, and technical escalations;
• Coordinate incident resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors, communicate service impacts, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement;
• Maintain IT policies, documentation, asset management, access provisioning, and ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and risk assessments.

• 3+ Years of experience as an IT Administrator or Systems Administrator;
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux administration;
• Experience with Google Workspace, VPNs, and networking fundamentals;
• Hands-on experience with GCP;
• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and IT security best practices;
• Experience with IT service management and technical support;
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Nice to have: AWS, Azure.
