Nanobit is a Zagreb-based mobile entertainment studio and part of Stillfront Group. For 15+ years we've built games and interactive stories played by tens of millions of people worldwide. As our team and tools grow, we're looking for a Junior System Administrator to keep everyone working smoothly and securely.
задачи
Maintain and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS and Linux)
Manage devices and security policies through JumpCloud (MDM, encryption, updates, compliance)
Manage user accounts, access and licences in JumpCloud, Google Workspace and Active Directory
Handle the IT side of onboarding and offboarding, from getting equipment ready to granting and removing access
Keep track of IT assets and licences
Give hands-on support to colleagues
Monitor and manage our office network (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Improve our security: identity and access management, MFA, backups and security awareness
Write and update internal documentation and how-to guides
Explore and bring in new tools and technologies, including AI-powered ones
требования
1+ year of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role
Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS (Linux is a plus)
Experience with Active Directory and Google Workspace
Understanding of networking basics and security best practices
Experience with JumpCloud or a similar MDM/IAM tool is a strong plus
A proactive, service-minded attitude and clear communication
Fluent English
