задачи
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application and API incidents;
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes;
- Manage monitoring infrastructure as code using Terraform;
- Monitor logs and metrics via Coralogix and Grafana;
- Support deployment validation and participate in on-call rotations.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in Application Support, SRE, or Production Ops;
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and Terraform;
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, and Datadog;
- Proficiency in CI/CD, Git, and deployment automation;
- Understanding of networking, load balancers, and DNS.
