P2P.org is an institutional staking provider focused on decentralized finance, blockchain infrastructure, restaking, yield products, and related services. It develops products including unified APIs, widgets, custom dApps, and solutions for banks, exchanges, custodians, and wallets.

• Maintain mission-critical infrastructure, mostly on bare metal, to provide services within designated SLI/SLO/SLA;
• Improve and create automation from scratch for deploying web2 and web3 infrastructure;
• Conduct R&D for existing and new blockchain projects;
• Maintain effective monitoring and alerting;
• Keep blockchain node performance at a high level, including validator, RPC, and operator nodes;
• Participate in the on-call schedule.

• Expert-level Ansible experience;
• Decent programming skills with high-level languages such as Python or Go for infrastructure-related tasks;
• Demonstrated ownership and strong self-organization skills in achieving team goals;
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), HAProxy, GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL, GCP, and Oracle Cloud;
• Nice to have: Go experience.
