• Configure, automate, and maintain runtime environment states for orchestrator services on compute hosts using an IaC approach with SaltStack
• Troubleshoot systemd unit dependencies, deployment failures, and OS-level service degradation on new hardware
• Validate infrastructure health, service metrics, and automated deployment pipelines for core compute services
• Partner with software engineering teams to resolve operational bottlenecks during deployment rollouts

• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have extensive experience in Linux systems engineering and DevOps
• Master Linux administration, preferably in the Debian family, system configuration management, preferably SaltStack, and Bash/Python scripting
• Have a deep understanding of systemd services, process supervision, network configurations, and system logging
• Have experience managing continuous integration workflows and automated service rollouts
