• Design, develop and deliver a first-class SRE ecosystem;
• Champion SRE principles, including SLAs, SLOs and SLIs, along with their monitoring and reporting;
• Contribute to the Java codebase to facilitate SRE requirements;
• Design, develop and deliver tools and processes that improve quality, scalability and resiliency.

• Extensive and solid experience as a Java engineer with high-throughput web-based systems;
• Expert knowledge of the SRE stack, including Prometheus and Grafana;
• Ability to operate autonomously, steer difficult technology decisions with stakeholders, and deliver projects with a high degree of quality and longevity;
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams, contributing to backlog refinement, estimation, sprint delivery and continuous improvement of trading capabilities;
• Nice to have: Spring, Kotlin.
