sre engineer for Web3 infrastructure

P2P.org is an institutional staking provider focused on blockchain infrastructure, restaking, yield products, and decentralized finance services. It develops solutions including unified APIs, widgets, custom dApps, and products for banks, exchanges, custodians, and wallets.

• Maintain mission-critical infrastructure, mostly on bare metal, to provide services within designated SLI/SLO/SLA;
• Improve and create automation from scratch for deploying web2 and web3 infrastructure;
• Conduct R&D for existing and new blockchain projects;
• Maintain effective monitoring and alerting;
• Keep validator, RPC, and operator blockchain nodes performing at the highest level;
• Participate in the on-call schedule.

• Expert-level Ansible experience;
• Solid Ansible experience, as a major part of the automation is built on Ansible;
• Decent programming skills with high-level languages such as Python or Go;
• Good ownership and self-organization skills for achieving team goals;
• Experience with Go is a plus;
• Nice to have: Go experience.
