Site Reliability Engineer

• Proactively improve the services we provide while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and highly available infrastructure and services, leveraging our internal products
• Provide feedback and contribute to enhancing our internal products
• Guide and support developers with application deployment, connectivity, and troubleshooting
• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning for optimal resource utilization
• Engage in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews

• 5+ years of experience on medium to large IT infrastructure projects, including hands-on experience with Azure Cloud
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AKS)
• Strong expertise in configuring Azure services with Terraform, including cloud-native and hybrid network topologies (VPN, Cloudflare)
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps or GitHub) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)
• Solid grounding in SRE principles, observability, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack, or OpenTelemetry
• Advanced English (C1); good Spanish is an advantage
• Industry certifications (Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes) are a plus, but not a must — we encourage you to apply even if you don't tick every box
