• Design and implement security controls for AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, and other third-party AI services;
• Implement and operate an enterprise AI security solution, ensuring reliable operation, effective monitoring, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of security capabilities;
• Provide security expertise for resilient AI architectures, embedding security, privacy, identity, access control, data protection, and threat modeling requirements from the earliest stages of AI development and adoption;
• Assess, strengthen, and continuously improve AI guardrails and security controls, including input/output filtering, prompt-injection and jailbreak defenses, DLP, authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data isolation, and AI abuse prevention.

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Security Engineer, AI/ML Security Engineer, or in a similar position, working with AI/LLM, cloud, and security technologies;
• Knowledge of current cybersecurity, AI, and cloud technologies, including secure-by-design and Responsible AI principles;
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, and Amazon Bedrock;
• Experience with AI security and governance frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act;
• Understanding of OWASP guidelines and best practices for securing web applications, APIs, and LLMs;
• Experience with AI guardrails and controls, including input/output filtering, prompt-injection defenses, DLP, rate limiting, authentication, and secure integration using OAuth, SSO, MCP servers, and enterprise connectors;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels;
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment;
• Attention to detail, methodological and diligent approach;
• Self-motivation and ability to take initiative, work in teams, or work independently as needed;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within strict timelines;
• Fluent Greek and English, both verbally and in writing;
• Nice to have: Security qualifications or certifications.
