SAP security and authorization consultant in SAP access control

The specialist gathers business information and translates requirements and processes into IT solutions that support and optimize daily business operations. The role delivers, implements, and maintains IT solutions and improves day-to-day operations.

• Gather business needs and requirements and partner with internal customers
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications
• Maintain GRC tooling and filter sets, and deliver reporting and improvements
• Work with internal control specialists and Service Delivery Management to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and control sets, including SOD resolution, critical activities, and SAP emergency access

• At least 5–7 years of experience in core SAP security design, analysis, configuration, compliance, and implementation
• At least 5–7 years of experience with SAP Security Basics, SAP Authorization Concept, Roles/Activity Groups, and User Administration
• At least 5–7 years of experience resolving SOD conflicts
• At least 5–7 years of experience across multiple SAP modules and solutions
• At least 2–4 years of experience with GRC tools, including Emergency Access and Risk Analysis concepts
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Security and risk awareness
• Strong planning and prioritizing skills; firm and decisive; diligent, practical, and proactive; service-minded and customer-oriented
• Excellent knowledge of English
