• Own and improve network service availability across global sites;
• Identify and eliminate single points of failure;
• Optimise ISP performance, failover behaviour, Zscaler traffic paths, LAN/WLAN stability, and resilience;
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes;
• Operate and continuously improve existing Zscaler ZIA/ZPA deployments;
• Tune access policies, traffic forwarding, and application segmentation;
• Act as escalation point for complex Zscaler-related issues;
• Manage and optimise the Aruba ClearPass NAC environment, including authentication, device onboarding, profiling, and policy enforcement;
• Enhance the reliability of campus switching, wireless networks, and office network standard builds;
• Develop automation using Python and REST APIs;
• Automate configuration changes, policy updates, onboarding workflows, and incident response actions;
• Introduce Infrastructure as Code principles where applicable;
• Design and improve end-to-end observability of network services;
• Integrate telemetry from Zscaler, Aruba, ISP, and branch connectivity platforms;
• Enhance monitoring platforms with actionable alerts, service-level dashboards, and user experience visibility;
• Implement self-healing capabilities, automated failover validation, scripted remediation, and event-driven workflows;
• Build closed-loop processes to detect, diagnose, resolve, and validate network issues;
• Reduce MTTR and incident volumes through automation;
• Improve first-time fix rates, reduce escalations, and simplify support models with Service Desk and L2 teams;
• Translate technical improvements into measurable user outcomes.

• Strong operational experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA;
• Strong operational experience with Aruba networking, including ClearPass, switching, and wireless;
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale, multi-site networks;
• Deep understanding of network resilience, failover design, 802.1X, NAC, and end-user connectivity troubleshooting;
• Proficiency in Python scripting;
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations;
• Experience improving operational efficiency through automation;
• Familiarity with Git and version control;
• Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Splunk;
• Ability to define meaningful SLIs, SLOs, and alerting strategies;
• Data-driven approach to performance and reliability improvement;
• Strong focus on customer experience and service quality;
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Ability to simplify complex issues for non-technical stakeholders;
• Structured, documentation-led approach;
• Continuous improvement and ownership mentality;
