Platform engineer in cloud infrastructure

We are currently recruiting a Platform Engineer (m/f/d) to join an international technology team responsible for the operation, evolution and reliability of a modern cloud platform.

• Ensure the operation and maintenance of the platform;
• Monitor the infrastructure, respond to alerts and support incident resolution;
• Collaborate on implementing improvements and optimizing processes;
• Support deployment activities and platform administration;
• Manage support requests and provide assistance to users;
• Work with technical teams to resolve problems and implement solutions;
• Contribute to the adoption of security, automation and reliability best practices.

• Good knowledge of DevOps and Platform Engineering;
• Experience in Cloud environments (AWS preferred);
• Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation and operational best practices;
• Experience with monitoring, support or ticketing tools;
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or scripting (valued);
• Good communication skills in English.

• Availability for occasional trips to Geneva and Luxembourg may be required.
• Valid authorization to work in Portugal is mandatory.
