GameBeat develops its own Remote Gaming Server, a high-performance platform powering online gaming products through a high-load game engine, proprietary game mathematics, B2B integrations, and certifications for regulated jurisdictions. The company is building a unified AI platform to scale LLM-based capabilities across the organization.

• Develop production-grade AI services;
• Design and build agentic AI systems;
• Build and maintain RAG infrastructure;
• Develop LLM evaluation (Evals) frameworks;
• Implement AI Safety mechanisms and guardrails;
• Develop MCP services;
• Collaborate closely with Backend and Platform Engineering teams.

• 3+ Years of commercial Python development experience;
• Hands-on production experience with LLM-based applications;
• Experience building RAG systems;
• Experience developing AI agents;
• Practical experience with LLM evaluation (Evals);
• Understanding of AI Safety principles;
• Strong knowledge of FastAPI, AsyncIO, and Pydantic;
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and Observability;
• Experience working with Kubernetes;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Russian native proficiency;
• Nice to have: Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), LLM inference optimization, experience with Firecracker, gVisor, or E2B, experience building high-load distributed systems, experience working in regulated industries, experience in the iGaming industry, technical leadership experience.
