Outreach provides outsourcing and offshoring consulting services and operates a high-scale, mission-critical platform.
задачи
- Design, build, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure;
- Run and optimize development, staging, and production environments with clear operational processes;
- Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale;
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
- Support microservices architecture;
- Implement security best practices;
- Monitor, log, and manage alerting;
- Improve performance, scalability, and system resilience;
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud services, and application layers;
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve delivery processes.
требования
- 7+ Years of hands-on DevOps and Platform experience;
- Strong experience with AWS, including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, and IAM;
- Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm;
- Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments;
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools;
- Experience working on mission-critical systems such as payments, fintech, banking, gaming, or similar;
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems under pressure;
- Fluent English at C1 level;
- Nice to have: Experience leading complex infrastructure projects such as cloud migration, experience designing and implementing disaster recovery strategies, strong understanding of networking, security, and scaling, Ukrainian at B1 level.
