• Design, build and maintain internal platforms providing self-service capabilities for deploying, monitoring and managing applications at scale;
• Develop and maintain standardized tools, frameworks and libraries to streamline development workflows and promote best practices;
• Ensure seamless integration of development tools and services within the platform ecosystem;
• Improve developer experience by providing robust documentation, training and support;
• Implement practices to ensure high availability, reliability and performance of platforms;
• Utilize DORA metrics to measure and improve performance of development and operational processes;
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance platform functionality and productivity;
• Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to ensure integration and support of applications;
• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve platform-related issues and improve system health.

• At least 5 years of experience in platform engineering or a related role;
• Understanding of software development processes, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep) and GitOps tools (Flux, ArgoCD);
• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) such as Backstage, Humanitec and OpsLevel;
• Understanding of high availability, high performance, multi-data center systems and hybrid cloud environments;
• Skills in scripting with Bash, Shell and Python;
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resources to application stack traces;
• English language proficiency (speaking, writing and reading);
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Crossplane, Pulumi and AWS Controllers for Kubernetes (ACK).
