platform engineer for Conversational AI

• Support the development, administration, and evolution of Conversational AI solutions within a cloud-native and highly secure environment;
• Contribute to the delivery of AI-powered services, onboarding new use cases and enhancing platform capabilities;
• Run and change activities related to the usage of the CAP platform;
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, the Tribe Tech Lead, the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and other team members;
• Participate in Agile rituals, including sprint planning, backlog review, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and retrospectives;
• Develop APIs, RAG solutions, data pipelines with Airflow, and data preparation workflows with Elasticsearch;
• Onboard new use cases and countries, provide technical support, and create environments;
• Draft playbooks to scale use cases and accelerate onboarding and deployment;
• Follow up on incidents and monitor existing bots;
• Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, Data, QA, and Security teams to integrate and deliver technical components;
• Integrate new AI tools and technologies;
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions for application stability and performance;
• Identify and prioritize technical debt and develop plans to address it;
• Monitor applications and address vulnerabilities at the security, application, and dependency levels.

• 5+ Years of development experience;
• Strong Python skills;
• Experience developing Data and AI pipelines, including Airflow;
• Experience with API Management, including APIGEE;
• Knowledge of Data, AI, DevSecOps, AIOps, and Private Cloud trends and technologies;
• Understanding of the data lifecycle and ability to use user feedback for continuous improvement;
• Experience with process orchestration, including Airflow;
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Argo CD;
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies;
• Knowledge of security best practices;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities;
• Adaptability and willingness to learn emerging AI and cloud technologies;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Experience with Secret Management using Hvault, front-end development skills with REACT.
