• Optimize the dynamic recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and develop supporting tools for developers;
• Create automated guardrails to ensure security and privacy of customer data;
• Facilitate fast feature shipping through canary deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags;
• Define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs in collaboration with business and engineering teams;
• Ensure all external service communication supports retries and circuit-breakers;
• Implement infrastructure to support event-driven architecture and data warehousing;
• Manage projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.

• Proven experience in building infrastructure at scale, including handling millions of data points;
• Strong background in automating provisioning, monitoring, and release processes;
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code practices;
• Ability to make independent technical decisions and own projects from conception to delivery;
• Experience with database optimization, security enforcement, and incident debugging;
• Nice to have: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Datadog, Sentry, AWS.
