Ameriabank is a finance and banking institution that operates a modern infrastructure ecosystem across technology domains.

• Define and lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan of the CI/CD & Infrastructure division in line with the Bank’s strategic goals;
• Design and oversee scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient infrastructure architectures across on-premise and hybrid environments;
• Lead the evolution of Kubernetes-based platforms and shared services, including monitoring, logging, service mesh, secrets management, storage, and networking;
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity across multiple environments;
• Define infrastructure performance, reliability, and capacity management practices based on measurable KPIs and SLAs/SLOs;
• Design, standardize, and continuously improve CI/CD platforms and pipelines using GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation-first practices;
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and business continuity of infrastructure and critical services;
• Ensure full compliance with information security, risk management, audit, and regulatory requirements;
• Work closely with technology squads and tribes to enable efficient and high-quality delivery across the organization;
• Lead, develop, and grow the CI/CD & Infrastructure team;
• Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 6–10+ Years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles;
• At least 3+ years of experience in leadership positions;
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, and Infrastructure as Code;
• Solid understanding of cloud-native and enterprise infrastructure architectures, security, and reliability practices;
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills;
• Excellent Armenian;
• Good English and Russian.
