• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points;
• Monitor network performance and respond to incidents to ensure stable and uninterrupted connectivity;
• Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures, including firewalls and access control;
• Install and configure IT telecommunication equipment under established standards and procedures;
• Support connectivity between office locations, remote sites, and cloud environments;
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and network diagrams;
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors on routine service and equipment matters;
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when appropriate.

• Hold a university degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field;
• Have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in network administration or engineering;
• Have practical knowledge of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and WiFi access points;
• Understand core networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and SNMP;
• Have basic experience with routing concepts, including IP addressing, VLANs, subnets, and at least one routing protocol such as OSPF;
• Be familiar with common network services, including NAT, VPN, DNS, and DHCP;
• Have basic knowledge of firewall configuration and network security principles;
• Have experience with network monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Wireshark;
• Be willing to learn and grow within a structured team environment;
• Have attention to detail and good organizational habits;
• Have strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Be proficient in Armenian, Russian, and English.
