MuleSoft platform engineer for enterprise integration

• Provide Level 3 operational support and maintenance for MuleSoft integration platforms, ensuring stability, availability and performance.
• Analyze and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines, handling escalations from L2 support teams.
• Monitor platform capacity, performance and resource utilization to ensure scalability and operational efficiency.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using logs, monitoring tools and system diagnostics.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support deployment, release management and production change activities.
• Manage service requests and day-to-day operational support activities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to optimize repetitive operational tasks.
• Support major incidents, service restoration and business continuity activities.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge articles.
• Identify recurring issues, operational risks and opportunities for continuous service improvement.
• Monitor operational KPIs, service quality and compliance with ITIL processes and defined support procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers in an international, multicultural environment.
• Provide on-call and occasional out-of-hours support when required.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure effective handover of operational expertise to support teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and operations (platform administration and support, not API development).
• Strong expertise in MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and GitHub.
• Experience with OpenShift platform operations.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, OpenID Connect and API security standards.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Argo CD and CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise messages.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional, international and multicultural environments.
• Fluent in English (C1+ – mandatory, both spoken and written).
