• Manage and maintain MuleSoft integration platforms, ensuring stability, availability and operational efficiency.
• Perform platform operations, capacity management and performance monitoring.
• Manage and support MuleSoft Omni Gateway and Flex Gateway environments.
• Implement and maintain automation solutions, including self-healing mechanisms, to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform and GitHub.
• Support platform deployments and configuration management within OpenShift environments.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to service restoration activities.
• Monitor platform performance, identify potential bottlenecks and proactively address operational risks.
• Support authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers in an international, multicultural environment.
• Facilitate technical workshops, stakeholder engagement and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Translate complex technical information into clear and actionable communication for different stakeholders.
• Contribute to operational documentation, knowledge transfer and process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and operations.
• Strong experience in platform operations and administration, rather than API development.
• Expertise in MuleSoft Omni Gateway and Flex Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, including OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and Argo CD.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations and influence.
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java and JSON.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including Virtual IPs, firewalls and load balancers.
• Knowledge of certificate lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with SOAPUI and Postman (user level).
• Knowledge of Silva and Linux environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver within cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (C1+ – mandatory, both spoken and written).
