Administer Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID, Group Policy, Intune, Exchange hybrid and Microsoft 365 services.

Support VMware, Veeam, Infoblox, Windows Failover Clusters and SQL-related infrastructure dependencies.

Automate recurring operational tasks using PowerShell and Azure Automation Runbooks.

Set up and optimise monitoring using Azure Alerts and SaaS monitoring platforms.

Create operational guidelines, procedures and technical documentation.

Contribute to FinOps reviews and present cost and optimisation insights to customers.
