Business Analyst Pension Domain

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for pension software delivery and data migration initiatives
• Translate business needs into specifications for development teams, aligned with pension regulations and operational goals
• Conduct gap analyses and propose process and system enhancements
• Analyze pension processes, including participant onboarding, benefit calculations, and contribution flows, and identify optimization opportunities
• Support the design and testing of integrations between pension platforms and external systems
• Contribute to product configuration and functional documentation for pension solutions
• Provide first-line implementation support, resolve functional issues, and clarify requirements
• Track and manage defects, change requests, and user feedback throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Assist with data migration validation and reconciliation
• Collaborate with team leads, developers, testers, and client representatives to deliver pension transformation projects
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and review sessions to align on requirements and solution design
• Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and effective communication
• Maintain documentation of requirements, process flows, and system configurations
• Prepare project status, issue log, and functional coverage reports
• Support training and onboarding materials for end-users and client teams

• A few years of business analysis experience in pension or insurance domains
• Familiarity with pension processes, data migration, and software delivery lifecycles
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to turn complex requirements into actionable deliverables
• Experience with integration projects and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in Dutch and English
