• Install, configure, upgrade, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot the entire Oracle EBS system, including custom applications;
• Administer, install, maintain, and support Oracle E-Business Suite;
• Configure AutoConfig to manage configuration changes across Oracle EBS environments;
• Coordinate patching activities using Online Patching (ADOP) in Oracle EBS 12.2;
• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server middleware managing Oracle EBS 12.2;
• Plan and run disaster recovery tests for Oracle EBS 12.2;
• Support EBS 12.2 applications on 11g/12C/18C RAC Database;
• Manage OEM Grid Control (OAM Pack suite), Oracle WebLogic, and Oracle SOA Suite;
• Configure and maintain load balancing and SSL across the middle tiers;
• Configure and maintain iSupplier and iProcurement;
• Configure and support Concurrent Manager (OPP) and Form Server;
• Coordinate with Offshore Oracle and Application Support teams, Unix/Linux/storage teams, and other application interface teams;
• Perform patching and cloning, take backups, manage archives, and conduct regular maintenance activities;
• Explain technical matters clearly to customers;
• Develop and document EBS and other application policies, procedures, and standards;
• Improve uptime and reduce unplanned downtime through automation and proactive monitoring;
• Establish and maintain access controls and security for all EBS environments, including CIS benchmarks;
• Maintain EBS systems at the latest security patch levels;
• Provide support to DBA operations and application teams;
• Develop best practices and enforce standards across the team;
• Maintain current knowledge of developments and trends in the EBS arena;
• Adapt to maintenance and code deployment times;
• Prepare and maintain architecture and topology diagrams and documentation related to Oracle databases and applications.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant Oracle EBS DBA experience with large EBS systems;
• Deep knowledge of database performance and system tuning in Oracle Core DBA and EBS administration;
• Strong troubleshooting skills and tenacity in problem-solving;
• Extensive knowledge of concurrent processing in a large EBS environment;
• Hands-on experience administering Oracle WebLogic Server;
• Proficiency in Oracle maintenance and patching mechanics and EBS architecture;
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Oracle Middleware configurations in WebLogic and solve complex problems across multiple modules;
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c;
• Experience configuring and deploying Oracle EBS and related technology stacks, including upgrades and migrations;
• Technical understanding or experience with Configurators, JVMs, and archiving and purging tools such as Solix;
• Ability to generate and analyze performance-related reports, including AWR and ADDM;
• Ability to work calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations;
• Ability to review application and database metrics and reports, identify performance bottlenecks, and resolve them;
• Operational knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with business OCI EBS and RDBMS administrators;
• Knowledge of major Oracle technology stack versions, including Database, IaaS, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Java, Enterprise Manager, SOA, WebLogic, Workflow Mailer, and JVM;
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS 11i, 12.1, and 12.2, including full lifecycle implementation, configuration, and administration.
