• Receive and transfer corporate equipment and peripherals for repair according to procurement procedures;
• Maintain and update the corporate equipment fleet, including supporting procurement processes;
• Install and initially configure Windows and macOS equipment for new employees;
• Keep accurate records of issued equipment in 1C;
• Prepare and configure equipment for corporate use;
• Create user accounts in AD, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack using automated tools and templates;
• Manage and support office access control systems, including issuing, replacing, updating, and deactivating cards;
• Troubleshoot application and system software issues on user devices;
• Conduct primary diagnostics of hardware and software problems;
• Install licensed and free software on corporate equipment;
• Support printers and printing services;
• Maintain technical documentation in line with IT processes and services;
• Escalate hardware and software issues to service providers when required;
• Coordinate with contractors, including service centers and cartridge refilling services;
• Assist in sourcing equipment that complies with corporate standards in local and global markets;
• Participate in testing new IT services, including functional validation and data input;
• Restore operating systems on employee devices after crashes or failures;
• Configure access to banks, electronic document signing systems, and state or specialized portals;
• Advise on selecting and assembling custom PC configurations based on business needs.

• Strong knowledge of MS Windows operating systems;
• Understanding of basic antivirus protection principles;
• Understanding of fundamental MS Windows security concepts;
• At least 1 year of experience working with Windows systems in a corporate environment;
• Russian language proficiency;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience with MS Active Directory, Group Policy management, Apple macOS and/or Linux systems, virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V, Jira/Confluence, active network equipment such as Mikrotik or Ubiquiti, PowerShell scripting, basic Windows Server administration, structured cabling installation, IT asset accounting and inventory management.
