• Configure servers using Ansible playbooks
• Troubleshoot server and software issues and make targeted in-place configuration changes
• Collect information needed to resolve issues
• Monitor infrastructure using Zabbix, Grafana, and Consul

• Familiarity with Linux and confidence using the command line
• Experience writing Bash scripts and using Vim, awk, and sed
• Understanding of Linux file systems and access control
• Experience editing configuration files in `/etc` and working with `.ssh/config`
• Understanding of the TCP/IP stack, the 802.1Q standard, and the difference between VLAN and VXLAN
• Experience with VMware ESXi or another virtualization platform
• Experience with Zabbix and Grafana and/or Prometheus
• Understanding of the difference between `git commit` and `git push`
