ArtificialSeed is developing a next-generation distributed low-latency platform.

• Design and develop high-performance, ultra-low-latency platform components
• Identify and eliminate system bottlenecks to improve product speed and reliability
• Collaborate with R&D and infrastructure teams, share expertise, and influence key technical decisions
• Conduct code reviews, introduce best practices, and help build a strong engineering culture
• Design system architecture, develop and improve core components, and maintain the existing codebase

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent
• 4+ Years of experience with C++
• Experience optimizing performance or reducing latency
• Experience developing multi-threaded and networked applications
• Excellent knowledge of STL
• Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX
• Experience optimizing calculations at the machine code level
