JetBrains develops software products and operates a global IT infrastructure connecting 10 offices through dedicated channels, video conferencing, telecommunications systems, private VMware Cloud, and public AWS and Azure Clouds.

• Provide technical support to all JetBrains employees;
• Set up new computers and repair and modernize existing ones;
• Decide which hardware is best for particular cases;
• Advise JetBrains employees on hardware- and software-related issues;
• Maintain office IT equipment, including computers, monitors, laptops, printers, copy machines, phones, and video conferencing systems.

• Previous IT Helpdesk Support experience;
• Ability to disassemble and repair computers;
• Ability to troubleshoot operating system errors without relying only on OS reinstallation;
• Patient and polite communication with users experiencing technical issues;
• Knowledge of local networks and the Internet;
• Interest in disassembling devices to learn how they work;
• Willingness to solder damaged wires;
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to support opinions with sound reasoning;
• Interest in professional growth and applying new approaches and technologies;
• Pride in the quality of work;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: willingness to share knowledge with peers, ability to quickly find solutions while communicating with users remotely.
