• You plan, operate, and optimize Linux server environments, including lifecycle management, kernel analysis, and performance tuning.
• You design, deploy, and operate production Kubernetes clusters with k0s or k3s in demanding environments.
• You design cluster architectures, strengthen resilience, and pragmatically solve complex networking and storage problems.
• You deploy Rook-Ceph in Kubernetes, plan capacity, and ensure consistent, high-performance storage environments.
• You design and operate highly available PVE clusters with Ceph and analyze critical incidents down to their root cause.
• You plan TCP/IP and BGP designs, harden IPsec connections, and implement OpenStack using automation.

• You have worked for several years with complex Linux and cloud infrastructures in production environments.
• You have deep experience with Kubernetes clusters, containers, and operating them in sensitive production environments.
• You are proficient in Ceph, routing, overlay networks, and VPN solutions, and ensure stable, secure network structures.
• You use Terraform and Ansible effectively and automate deployments as well as recurring operational tasks.
• You develop architectures, make well-founded technical decisions, and clearly represent them within the team and to customers.
• You analyze root causes systematically, provide technical leadership, support colleagues, and share your knowledge openly.
