IT system engineer

The company is building an international housing ecosystem for home solutions, a PropTech and Fintech product designed for Asia and Central and Eastern Europe.

• Monitor and own the uptime and stability of business-critical production systems and supporting infrastructure on ServerCore, including cloud and dedicated servers, Managed Kubernetes, and Managed Database
• Triage and handle alerts, errors, and anomalies according to severity levels; document incidents and escalate based on business impact
• Perform post-incident root cause analysis and turn recurring issues into tracked backlog items with clear ownership
• Maintain monitoring and alerting using ServerCore’s management and monitoring tools
• Execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures, including regular drills and launch-readiness checks before major releases; maintain change management and runbooks
• Manage patches and vulnerabilities; conduct first-line investigations of security events
• Participate in on-call duty according to policy

• At least 2–4 years of operations, SRE, or NOC experience on production systems
• Experience with ServerCore services or comparable cloud and infrastructure experience
• Linux troubleshooting skills, including logs, process diagnostics, and network diagnostics
• Basic Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
• Incident management experience, including triage, escalation, and communication
• Basic SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge
• Working proficiency in English; Russian or Uzbek
