IT infrastructure and helpdesk specialist

We are excited to announce a vacancy for the position of IT Infrastructure and Helpdesk Specialist

• Provide technical support to the Team.
• Maintain workstations, servers, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and logs.
• Manage user access requests.
• Support backup and recovery procedures.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory.
• Ensure compliance with access control policies.
• Maintain incident logs and documentation.
• Follow cybersecurity procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO, COO or the Head of Team/Unit, in line with the overall work and objectives of the Team/Unit.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 2-3 years of IT support/infrastructure experience.
• Windows/Linux systems
• Network configuration
• Active Directory / Azure
• IT service management tools
• Good command of English and Russian, both written and spoken.
