• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points;
• Monitor network performance and respond to incidents to ensure stable and uninterrupted connectivity;
• Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures, including firewalls and access control;
• Install and configure IT telecommunication equipment under established standards and procedures;
• Support connectivity between office locations, remote sites, and cloud environments;
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and network diagrams;
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors on routine service and equipment matters;
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when appropriate.

• University degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field;
• 1–2 Years of hands-on experience in network administration or engineering;
• Practical knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and WiFi access points;
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and SNMP;
• Basic experience with IP addressing, VLANs, subnets, and at least one routing protocol, such as OSPF;
• Familiarity with NAT, VPN, DNS, and DHCP;
• Basic knowledge of firewall configuration and network security principles;
• Experience with network monitoring tools, such as Zabbix and Wireshark;
• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured team environment;
• Attention to detail and good organizational habits;
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Armenian, Russian, and English proficiency.
