Google workspace administrator & consultant

Are you experienced with Google Workspace and want to do more than administration? Would you like to work on migrations, automate processes, and bring modern AI solutions into real customer environments? Solutions2Share Georgia is looking for a Google Workspace Administrator & Consultant to join our team in Tbilisi. You will work on international customer projects with our European teams and partners, focusing on Google Workspace administration, support, migrations, automation, and AI.

• Manage customer environments in the Google Admin Console, including organizational units, groups, policies, licensing, and user lifecycle.
• Handle 2nd- and 3rd-level support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Plan and support migrations from Microsoft 365, Exchange, and other platforms to Google Workspace, including coexistence scenarios.
• Build automations with Apps Script, GAM, Python, or Google Workspace APIs for onboarding, reporting, and integrations.
• Implement Gemini for Google Workspace, build AI-powered workflows and agents, and help customers use AI in daily work.
• Configure DLP, Context-Aware Access, 2SV/Passkeys, device management, Google Vault, and alerting in line with security and data protection requirements.
• Set up and maintain SSO/SAML, GCDS/LDAP sync, Microsoft Entra ID integrations, and automated provisioning.
• Manage DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing rules, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Advise customers on best practices and maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration baselines.

• Ideally 3+ years administering Google Workspace at an IT service provider, MSP, or internal IT team.
• No Google Workspace admin experience yet? Solid experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator is also a good basis, and we will support you in building your Google Workspace skills.
• Strong Google Admin Console Knowledge: Organizational units, security policies, DLP, MDM, Vault, and audit and investigation tools.
• You have carried out or technically supported migrations to Google Workspace.
• Good understanding of SSO/SAML, directory sync, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, SLAs, and structured support processes; basic ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Good English or German is required; both is a strong advantage.
• You explain technical topics clearly and communicate professionally with customers and international teams.
