задачи
- Help design, build, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure with self-hosted and managed services on a major European cloud provider;
- Partner with product delivery teams to help deliver services and products faster and with greater confidence;
- Improve developer experience through better tooling, automation, performance, and metrics visibility;
- Continuously improve the high-availability setup and eliminate foreseeable single points of failure;
- Support and refine monitoring to detect issues as early as possible;
- Take part in on-call rotations and help prepare for incidents through controlled tests and emergency drills;
- Test high availability in controlled environments and simulate emergency situations.
требования
- Experience deploying and monitoring web applications, ideally with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL;
- Comfortable with Linux, shell scripting, and the command line;
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure;
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Ansible or Terraform;
- Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines;
- Genuine interest in improving developer experience, tooling, pipelines, and team processes;
- Background in Software Engineering;
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to a supportive team culture;
- Clear and empathetic communication style;
- Based in Berlin.
