• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS;
• Manage, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications;
• Perform Linux system administration and troubleshoot production issues;
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash;
• Configure, monitor, and maintain workflows using Apache Airflow;
• Use Datadog for monitoring system reliability and performance;
• Provide technical support to international clients with 24/7 shift coverage;
• Work with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence for incident management, task tracking, and documentation;
• Analyze processes, update runbooks, and contribute to service quality improvements;
• Serve as technical escalation support and collaborate with cross-functional SAS Cloud teams;
• Ensure security policies are followed and test production fixes for customer satisfaction.

• 5+ Years experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience);
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux administration;
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS);
• Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration skills;
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting;
• Experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow tools;
• Familiarity with Datadog monitoring;
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence;
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams;
• Comfortable with shift-based work supporting international clients;
• Proof of right to work in work location;
• Nice to have: ETL processes, CI/CD workflows, DevOps practices.
