• Lead the design of CI/CD strategies and infrastructure automation;
• Optimize service reliability, performance, and security;
• Handle major incident response and root cause analysis;
• Drive cost optimization and capacity planning;
• Mentor junior and mid-level DevOps engineers and champion best practices.

• 5–7 Years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering;
• Strong automation and scripting skills;
• Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP);
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, including multi-cluster management, scaling, and upgrades;
• Proven track record in designing resilient, scalable, and secure systems;
• In-depth knowledge of observability, monitoring, and incident management;
• Proficiency in security hardening and compliance-minded engineering;
• Familiarity with security and compliance practices such as IAM, encryption, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA;
• Clear and concise communication in English (B2/C1 level);
• Experience collaborating in Agile teams;
• Nice to have: GitOps (Argo CD or Flux), Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd), event streaming (Kafka), secrets management (Vault, AWS KMS/Azure Key Vault), FinOps practices, and security best practices (OWASP Top 10, SLSA, SBOM/SCAs).
