задачи
- Set up and operate customer sandboxes and cloud environments
- Define and perform operational tasks based on service-operation best practices
- Automate infrastructure, deployment, and configuration processes
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reusable deployment templates
- Administer Linux-based systems and cloud environments
- Support containerized and distributed applications
- Improve monitoring, observability, reliability, and troubleshooting processes
- Integrate customer-specific identity, networking, API, and DNS requirements
- Adapt automation to changes in cloud and CI/CD platforms
- Collaborate directly with customers, team members, and stakeholders
требования
- Practical experience with one or more public-cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or T-Cloud Public
- Strong understanding of cloud operations and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or comparable Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or managed Kubernetes services
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, scripting, and automation
- Solid Linux system administration skills
- Experience with operational support, troubleshooting, and error analysis
- Understanding of testing, monitoring, and reliable service operations
- Structured, solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills
- English proficiency at B2+ and German proficiency at B2+
- Будет плюсом: experience with GitLab or GitHub pipelines and templates, identity and access management solutions such as Keycloak, ADFS, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID, cloud networking components, application gateways, APIs, customer-specific DNS, cloud monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or Prometheus, web application firewalls, database system administration
