devops engineer in insurance

• Implement version control and release management best practices;
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues to minimize downtime;
• Implement and manage DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD);
• Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases and deployments;
• Work closely with development and testing teams to support efficient release cycles;
• Monitor and optimize application and infrastructure performance;
• Establish and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for provisioning and configuration;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures;
• Proactively seek and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize operational impact;
• Improve knowledge in relevant fields and participate in knowledge-sharing activities for team members.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field, or equivalent education, training, and experience;
• 3+ Years of relevant experience;
• Experience with Azure architecture and services, GitLab, Jenkins, and code release;
• Experience with Docker orchestration or Kubernetes services;
• Experience in release coordination and DevOps practices;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Nice to have: PowerShell, Python, C#, .NET, SonarQube, build tools, code configuration, Agile design principles, OpenStack cloud services, scripting tools, customer-centric mindset.
