devops engineer in iGaming

The company is developing an international iGaming platform with online casino and sports products.

• Design, develop, and maintain the project’s production infrastructure;
• Manage and develop Kubernetes clusters in production, including on-premise infrastructure;
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible;
• Develop and maintain CI/CD processes based on GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Helm;
• Set up and maintain infrastructure for high-load services and distributed systems;
• Work with PostgreSQL, PgBouncer, Redis, Kafka, and ClickHouse infrastructure and data storage systems;
• Develop monitoring and observability systems based on Prometheus, Grafana, and Grafana Alloy;
• Automate routine infrastructure tasks using Python and Bash;
• Work with KVM-based virtualization;
• Ensure infrastructure stability, fault tolerance, and scalability;
• Participate in infrastructure development in GCP.

• 5+ Years of commercial experience in DevOps / Infrastructure;
• Strong knowledge of Linux, primarily Ubuntu / Debian;
• Hands-on commercial experience with Kubernetes in production, including operating and developing on-premise clusters with Kubespray / kubeadm;
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible;
• Good understanding and practical experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ArgoCD, and Helm;
• Experience with GCP;
• Experience with PostgreSQL, PgBouncer, Redis, Kafka, and ClickHouse at the infrastructure level;
• Experience with KVM / virtualization;
• Hands-on experience building monitoring / observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and Grafana Alloy;
• Strong Bash skills and Python for automation;
• Understanding of high availability, scalability, fault tolerance, and production operations principles;
• English B2 and Russian C1/C2;
• Nice to have: AWS experience, GKE experience, experience in iGaming, fintech, payments, or other high-load products, experience building infrastructure for distributed and high-load systems, experience with hybrid / on-premise + cloud infrastructure.
